Gym Equipment Hire – Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement Overview: These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer” or “You”) and Gym Equipment Hire (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”), governing your rental of gym equipment (“Equipment”) from Gym Equipment Hire. By placing an order for the Equipment, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Rental Period: The rental period starts from the date the Equipment is delivered to the Customer and continues until the Equipment is returned to Gym Equipment Hire in satisfactory condition.
3. Rental Fees: Customer agrees to pay the rental fees as specified in the invoice provided by Gym Equipment Hire. Rental fees are non-refundable once the Equipment has been delivered to the Customer.
4. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required at the time of booking to cover any damages or loss of Equipment during the rental period. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days after the Equipment is returned, minus any applicable charges for damages.
5. Equipment Care: Customer agrees to use the Equipment in a careful and proper manner and to follow any instructions provided by Gym Equipment Hire. Customer is responsible for any damage to the Equipment during the rental period.
6. Delivery and Pickup: Gym Equipment Hire will deliver and set up the Equipment at the specified location. Customer agrees to be present at the time of delivery and pickup. Any additional charges incurred due to Customer’s absence or rescheduling will be the Customer’s responsibility.
7. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date will incur a cancellation fee.
8. Liability: Gym Equipment Hire shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the Equipment. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Gym Equipment Hire harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of the use of the Equipment.
9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties.
By placing an order with Gym Equipment Hire, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Gym Equipment Hire reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without notice. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
