Exchanges

We understand that your fitness needs might change over time. If you wish to exchange your gym equipment for different items, we offer a hassle-free exchange process. You can exchange the equipment within 7 days of the delivery date. The exchanged items should be of equal or greater value. If the new items are of greater value, the price difference will apply.

Returns conditions

If you’re not completely satisfied with your gym equipment rental, you can return the items within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the equipment must be in its original condition and packaging, and you should provide proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Our Customer Support: Reach out to our dedicated customer support team via phone or email to initiate the return or exchange process. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Arrange for Pickup: Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a convenient pickup time for the return or exchange. Our team will handle the logistics, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

  3. Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return or exchange criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund or dispatch the exchanged items promptly.

Conditions for Return and Exchange:

  • The gym equipment must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Any signs of misuse or damage may affect the eligibility of the return or exchange.
