1. How do I hire and pay?
Step 1:
Choose the fitness equipment you want to rent.
Step 2:
Select your rental duration and preferred start date. The return date will be calculated automatically.
Step 3:
Click ‘Hire Now’ to secure your item and proceed to checkout.
Step 4:
Choose either delivery location, then click ‘Continue to Hire Now’.
Step 5:
Enter your details, choose your payment option (upfront or weekly), and click ‘Complete Hire’. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after!
At checkout, you only need to pay the security deposit. The full rental payment or first monthly payment is due on the first day of your hire period.
2. How long can I hire for?
Yes, there is an upfront bond payment of $250 for each item hired.
3. Do you charge a bond?
We offer rental periods of 3, 6, or 12 months, with a minimum hire period of 3 months. If you require a longer rental duration, please contact us to discuss your needs.
4. How much is delivery?
Delivery is currently available for:
- Melbourne Metro
- Areas outside of Melbourne Metro – contact us for a quote
- The Delivery Fee is $99 which includes drop off to your home and $99 for collection at the end of your rental period
- For safety reasons, we cannot deliver your equipment up a flight of stairs.
We offer delivery for all equipment to any location within the Melbourne metro area. Please note that delivery fees vary based on your suburb.
If you are located outside of Melbourne Metro please contact us directly for a quote on delivery.
Safe and clear access to your home is required for delivery, and we do not provide service to upstairs locations. Due to health and safety regulations delivery is to front door, ground level only
5. Does someone need to be home to take delivery of the hire?
Yes, someone must be present at the delivery location to ensure a smooth process. If no one is home at the time of delivery, a re-delivery fee will be charged.
6. My home has 4 steps up to the entry, is that OK?
Yes we can take the items up a small number of stairs to your home.
7. What Happens at the End of the Hire Period?
At the conclusion of your hire period, we will reach out to you with options. You can choose to extend the hire, switch to a different piece of equipment, or arrange for us to collect the equipment.
8. Do I Need to Maintain the Equipment?
You are only required to perform general cleaning and wiping down of the equipment. All necessary maintenance is conducted before and after each hire period.
9. What If the Equipment Breaks?
Equipment malfunctions are uncommon due to the high quality and reputable brands we use. In the rare event of a problem, we will promptly repair or replace the equipment and extend your rental period to cover any lost time at no additional cost.
10. How Do I Update My Details?
